This single origin vinegar has been slowly fermented and aged in new American oak barrels crafted by artisan coopers in the Adirondacks.
Tea Flower Kombucha Vinegar is the companion vinegar to the Tea Flower Kombucha that we released at the end of 2020 in 750ml sparkling bottles. We made vinegar with the same tea flowers used to make that kombucha and further aged it for the past 7 months. Bold and round with notes of sun-dried fruit.
Enjoy as a digestif, in a cocktail, as part of a special dish and whenever life calls for delicious vinegar.
*Raw, unfiltered + pasteurized. May contain some naturally occurring sediment. Refrigeration is not necessary but will reduce the development of floating vinegar mother.
