SINGLE ORIGIN & UNROASTED This 70% unroasted dark chocolate is made with transparently traded cacal from Zorzal Cacao. Zorzal Cacao is where cacao and conservation meet. Nestled inside a 1,019 acre private reserve and bird sanctuary for the endangered Bicknell’s Thrush lives Zorzal Cacao, a 130 acre fermentary, demonstration farm, and agroforestry cacao farm in the Duarte Province of the Dominican Republic. SINGLE ORIGIN & UNROASTED This 70% unroasted dark chocolate is made with transparently traded cacal from Kokoa Kamili. Kokoa Kamili is a grower-centered organization purchasing, processing, and exporting cacao from over 2000 Tanzanian farmers in the Kilombero Valley of the Morogoro region. They focus on quality over quantity, paying the highest price for cacao in Tanzania since 2013.
