We upcycle dates that used to go to waste, then simply dry and grind to produce a sugar with a delicious, deep, caramel flavor. This is the only granulated sugar packed with fiber and antioxidants, with one gram of fiber in each teaspoon and 48g per cup! You can make a cake, and feel great, knowing it's filled with fiber. It’s ideal for baking, morning coffee and tea and all of your favorite sugary recipes. Add a bit more liquid to the recipe for the perfect consistency.
